The Transformation

By the end of this journey, you won’t just feel inspired, you’ll feel different in your body, your mind, and the way you move through your life.

You’ll release built-up emotional weight
Old emotional weight, stored grief, suppressed anger, and patterns of overgiving or self-abandonment begin to move—so you feel lighter, clearer, and less overwhelmed.

You’ll regulate your nervous system and feel safer in your body
For many women, the body can feel tense, disconnected, or guarded.Through this work, you’ll start to soften that, feeling more present, more relaxed, and more at home within yourself.

You’ll reconnect with your feminine energy and self-expression
You’ll explore what it feels like to move, express, and exist in a way that feels natural to you—not forced or performative.

This can look like more confidence, more openness, and a deeper connection to your emotions, your desires, and your voice.

You’ll awaken your inner wisdom and gain clarity on your life
You’ll start to move out of your head and into a more grounded relationship with yourself. As your nervous system softens, clarity returns —helping you feel into what is right for you.

You’ll leave with tools to regulate your system and come back to yourself when you need it.

Why Peru?

Peru is one of the most energetically powerful places in the world for inner work and transformation. The Sacred Valley, Cusco, and Machu Picchu are deeply rooted in ancient Incan wisdom, where the connection to nature, spirit, and land is still very present today.

This is not just a beautiful destination—it’s a place that naturally supports slowing down, turning inward, and reconnecting to yourself in a deeper way.

Throughout the retreat, we’ll move through carefully chosen sacred sites, each selected to support different stages of release, clarity, and integration.

Machu Picchu Pilgrimage

This part of the journey is intentionally unhurried.

You will spend two days at Machu Picchu, giving you the rare opportunity to experience the site beyond the typical day visit.

One of those days includes a guided hike to Huayna Picchu, where the energy is quieter, the views are expansive, and the experience feels more personal and immersive.

At the summit, we will hold a grounding gratitude ritual and earth offering practice, integrating the week’s emotional and somatic work into one of the most powerful landscapes in the world.

This is not about consumption or checking a box.

It is about presence, integration, and allowing the land to meet you in a deeper way.

About

Your Facilitator:

Carolina Nella is a certified Breathwork and Cacao Facilitator, trained in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. She has been on a spiritual journey for over 9 years - and has been practicing breathwork for over five years, after falling in love with its power to unlock deep emotional healing and spiritual connection.

She completed an immersive 8-day “Transformational Breathwork & Sacred Space Holding” training, where she not only learned to guide others through conscious breathwork journeys, but also how to create grounded, nurturing space for deep inner work. Her time in Guatemala deeply influenced her approach - weaving in earth-honoring rituals, cacao ceremony, and the ancestral wisdom of the land.

Beyond her training, Carolina’s work is also shaped by her years of solo travel - exploring Costa Rica, Mexico, Bali, and beyond. Through ceremonies, sacred circles, and initiations, she has gathered threads of wisdom from different traditions.

Many retreats focus on staying within a retreat center, with structured days of yoga, workshops, and healing practices in one contained space.

While there is value in that, this retreat is intentionally designed to take you out into the land itself so the environment becomes part of your healing.

Rather than staying in one place, we move through sacred landscapes in Peru through daily excursions and embodied experiences. The land is not just a backdrop, it’s an active part of the transformation.

This allows your inner work to become lived and integrated in real time, as you breathe the altitude, walk ancient paths, and connect with places that hold their own intelligence and medicine.
