Why Transformational Breathwork?
Breathwork activates the nervous system in a controlled way, allowing stored emotion, limiting beliefs, and outdated patterns to rise to the surface to then be released.
During Transformational Breathwork, we use a conscious, rhythmic 3-part breath, which disrupts our usual control patterns - the patterns that suppress emotions, hold tension, and keep us in survival mode.
This is when our bodies feel safe to finally feel everything we’ve suppressed, in order to fully release.
During this experience you will be guided through an inward journey, to emotionally release using the breath, as well as sound, movement, and voice.

During the session, many people experience physical sensations such as tingling, temperature changes, muscle tension or release, and emotional heaviness.
However after the session, and the guided somatic release, many participants feel lighter, more energized, more spiritually connected, and more in alignment with their truth/ higher purpose.
This guided breathwork journey is intended for healthy adults who wish to explore breathwork for wellbeing, relaxation, self-discovery, and personal growth.
This breathwork is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or who have certain medical, physical, or mental health conditions, including but not limited to:
• Cardiovascular disease
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• History of stroke
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Serious respiratory conditions
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Recent surgery or significant injury
• Psychosis, schizophrenia, or other severe mental health conditions
• Any condition that may be aggravated by intensive breathing practices
